I am a facilitator, healer and founder of Flourish Movement Studio, Woopi — a space devoted to movement, creativity and community.
Through yoga, movement as medicine, creativity, healing and mentorship, I create safe space — both in studio and one-to-one — where women can reconnect, express and rise into their fullest selves.
My work lives both within Flourish Movement Studio and beyond it — offering pathways for women to move, heal and create in ways that feel deeply aligned and alive.
